- Reservations -

We recommend booking your appointment prior to your arrival by calling 305.372.1278. Appointments are subject to availability.

It is our service standard to cater to every client's needs and desires as much as possible.

If you have any special requests, please let us know when booking your appointment.

- Can't make it? Running late?

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

Missing, cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee equal to the service scheduled.

When you reserve an appointment with us, we reserve that time and make that time slot exclusively yours.

If you arrive late to your appointment you can either have your service in the time remaining or reschedule.

If you choose to have your service in the time remaining, you will be charged the full service fee.

If you choose to reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the original reserved service fee.

- Forms of Payment -

We accept Debit Cards and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express).

- Gratuities -

Tipping is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is 15% -20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers.

For vour convenience vou can leave a gratuity on our credit card if so desired.

- Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are only given in the form of store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept product returns that have been more than half used,

Clothing and accessory items may be returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.

- Gift Certificates -

Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances.

Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable
